| Project summary: In response to this energy exploration company's needs, this project encompassed application development as well as infrastructure, topology and access. The EDI development team's efforts concentrated on developing and implementing Web access to all Lotus Notes databases and applications, Notes DB system performance as well as Notes integration with Cold-fusion, Oracle and other systems and applications. The infrastructure focus was directed to three distinct areas: (1) DB infrastructure implementation (Oracle and Notes administration and performance issues); (2) Messaging (FTP and Send email); and (3) Sun Unix network support and administration. |

| Project summary: At the client's request, a team from Executive Direction has been on-site for five years and has been instrumental in maintaining, as well as, upgrading all network infrastructure systems. In addition, the EDI team has developed security processes, which protect all data/voice transmissions and files. |

| This team led the Windows 2000 rollout and standardization project in 2001, covering 16,000 users worldwide. The team manages all remote users and issues facing remote access and security. Its responsibilities include, but are not limited to, network infrastructure systems, upgrades/rollouts to desktop and server systems, security systems, email systems, remote access systems, Web-based systems, adds and/or moves and/or changes and system troubleshooting. Two of the team members have traveled abroad to support international locations for this client. |
